Shipping & Processing
Our physical journals and workbooks are produced and shipped according to the processing and delivery estimates provided at checkout.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, production schedules, and carrier availability.
Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are subject to the shipping carrier.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or accidental purchases.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions are made for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, as outlined below. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're happy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Please email sundaywellness@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your name and order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll coordinate a replacement of the affected item.
You will not be responsible for additional shipping costs associated with an approved replacement.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our products may be printed on demand, orders can enter production shortly after purchase.
Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sundaywellness@outlook.com.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number.
We will review the shipment information and work with the shipping provider to determine the appropriate next steps.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing a purchased digital product, please contact us for assistance.
